Management of Sheltered Leasehold Accommodation 2019

North Somerset Council (NSC) owns nine schemes of leasehold sheltered housing which were developed originally during the 1980s. Overall the schemes consist of 194 dwellings of which 33 have been sold to a housing association and for which NSC does not retain a management responsibility.
