Healthy Shopping and Cooking

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a Provider to deliver healthy cookery +/- shopping courses in the Cambridgeshire area, targeted at low-income parents of young children. The courses should increase parents' skills and confidence in the following areas: • understanding healthy eating, • selecting healthy choices when shopping, • making healthy food on a budget, • reducing food waste, • food safety • cooking family meals.
