Healthy Cornwall Commercial Weight Management Club Offer

Healthy Cornwall offer an adults' Healthy Weight Service. This service is primarily a 10-week Healthy Weight course consisting of food and nutrition advice and physical activity. This service is complemented by a number of ongoing, regular weekly weigh in sessions and more recently sessions using football to engage with men around healthy weight, nutrition and activity.
