IOW Anti-Coagulation Service

The Isle of Wight Clinical Commissioning Group has published the PIN notice as a call for competition. The overall aim of the service is to provide patient initiation of anticoagulation therapy, on-going monitoring and management of patients who require anticoagulation therapy in the community aged 18 years and over.
