Mulching of Underplanting Sites East England Forest District

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of ground preparation in the form of mulching forest residue as part of preparing our underplanting sites. The Forestry Commission is expanding it's underplanting programme from 100ha per annum to 260ha per annum. The tender will be split across two lots.
