ITT263 Video Capture and Streaming Library Solution

The University of Northampton is seeking to acquire a video capture and streaming library solution for the following three years. The current video streaming and capture contract expires May 2019. A solution is needed which both supports video streaming and capture, tightly integrated with the VLE (Blackboard) for a modern University.
