PROCUREMENT OF SPECIALIST DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACTOR

Leeds College of Art is currently in the process of a significant building project at its Blenheim Walk campus. Currently at RIBA detailed design 4 and seeking planning approval the new building will have a GIA of approximately 6000m2 and will achieve BREEAM excellent.
