Portsmouth City Council is inviting bids for the sale of Christmas Trees at Southwick Hill car park from suitably experienced operators. The site is offered with 1 year licence and associated concession contract with the provision to extend by a further 2 years to a maximum of 3 years, in increments to be agreed subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
