UNTAXED VEHICLES The Authority requires vehicles that are untaxed and meet the necessary criteria to be recovered by 'soft lift' under the direction of an officer of the Authority and stored securely and in compliance with The Vehicle Excise Duty (Immobilisation, Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) Regulations 1997.
