Parent Infant Relationship Service

NHS Blackpool CCG wishes to commission a pilot for a Specialised Parent Infant Relationship Team to support families who are finding it difficult to develop a positive relationship with their unborn baby, their baby or young child. The pilot will run for two years during which time there will be a focus on the feasibility and acceptability of the service with beneficiaries and referrers/professionals.
