Provision of Cold Recycled Bound Material and Hydraulically Bound Material
As part of their annual highway maintenance programme, Northumberland County Council (NCC), produce several thousand tonnes of asphalt waste containing coal tar (AWCCT) 17 03 01* per annum. In addition, there is currently several thousand tonnes stockpiled at a number of S2 locations countywide. NCC are seeking to appoint a Contractor to recycle this AWCCT and provide CRBM and HBM.
