THH5669 Targeted Intervention Programme

The Supplier will provide targeted youth outreach on Tower Hamlets Homes estates with the intention of supporting and diverting at least 150 young people currently engaged in anti-social behaviour crime or affected by serious youth violence into more positive lifestyles.
