Tender for Advocacy Services (Adults and Children's/Young People)

The Local Authority seeks to consolidate Statutory Advocacy Provision as set out in the Mental Capacity Act (2005) and the Care Act (2014), with additional advocacy services for adults outside of these statutory requirements.
