Contract for the Development and Operation of Affordable Extra-Care Housing

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Development and Operation of Affordable Extra-Care Housing. The Contract will commence on 31st October 2018 and will be for a period of twenty five years.
