Domestic Electrical Testing and Remedial Repairs Works

Newlon Housing Trust is seeking to appoint a supplier to carry out remedial electrical inspections to all of Newlon's domestic tenanted properties and to the common areas of blocks of flats over a 5 year period (3 years plus 2 year extension options) and ensure all properties have a current valid certificate with no code 1 or 2 issues.
