Raincliffe Woods Community Enterprise (RCWE) is a Community Interest Company who are taking a long lease from Scarborough Borough Council for the woodland comprising Forge Valley, Raincliffe Wood and Row Brow Wood. A successful Expression of Interest application has been made by RWCE to the Rural Development Agency for funding to replace an 18 year old 2.3 km wooden boardwalk, construct a new footbridge on to the boardwalk and a new car park located in Forge Valley National Nature Reserve.
