Provision of Strategic Estate Partnership

To provide Strategic Estates Services through a JV. To provide assistance and support in procurement observing EU law. The opportunity is to provide a strategic, commercial, development, investment, project management and contract management role in delivering projects to support the Trust's clinical strategy. It is a non-exclusive arrangement and does not include the provision of directly delivering the design and construction aspects of New Projects or of Secondary Services themselves.
