Mental Health Recovery Framework

A Framework of providers will be established to deliver services for adults with mental health issues to progress their mental health recovery and to live in a way that is based on hope, confidence and the ability to live a rich and full life. The service will support clients to meet the outcomes agreed in their Support Plans.
