Sheffield City Region: Provision of SCR Energy Strategy and Delivery Plan (Phase 3)

The purpose of this commission is to produce an Energy Strategy and Delivery Plan for the Sheffield City Region (SCR) to 2040. This is the final Phase 3 of the project to prepare the Strategy and Delivery Plan.
