Rivers House, Bridgwater Roof Repair Phase 2A

Following the completion of Phase 1 roof works at Rivers House Bridgwater, we are now inviting tenders for Phase 2A roof remedial works. This will involve a targeted area of the roof (appendix 1) which consists of approx. 10 metres in length; 5 metres, either side of a gable to the west elevation; replacing the roof felt, batten and valleys.
