Stray Dog Collection and Kennelling

The contract is for the collection of stray dogs from anywhere within the Council's borough boundary, at anytime between 7.30am and 11.00pm 365 days per annum. The Contractor must provide a collection point within the borough boundary for dog owners to reclaim their dogs.
