We are looking to procure a Specialist Resettlement Service for prisoners leaving HMP Exeter who are homeless or are threatened with homelessness and with a local connection to Exeter, East Devon, Mid Devon, Teignbridge and Torbay. The funding allocation will be 1:3 in favour of Torbay.
