STC1130-Pest Control Services

Provision of Estate-wide planned and responsive pest control services to include a wide range of pests including (but not limited to) mice, rats, crawling insects and flying insects such as clothes moths. Services shall include treatment, control, eradication and monitoring of pest affected properties, the provision of all traps, bait boxes and the like and follow up visits to ensure successful treatment and removal/replacement of bait, traps, and removal of carcasses, as appropriate.
