Delivery of one day Street Festival Entertainment Provision at Spennymoor town Centre market place to be organised with the objective of providing a family fun event, boosting footfall in our High Street. Spennymoor Long Term Plan for Towns is an exciting new plan for the town. Durham County Council will be using this event to engage with the community attendees.
