Project KOPPLA's objective is to develop and deliver an 'off-board' Proximity Awareness Capability (PAC) for Combat Air (CA) platforms operating within UK airspace utilising existing Air C2 systems in order to mitigate the risk of Mid Air Collision (MAC) with Commercial Air Traffic (CAT). Tender responses must require no modifications to the aircraft and have minimal impact on Air C2 systems and resources.
