Central Bedfordshire Council requires an organisation to undertake Independent Mobility Assessments (IMA’s) to determine applicants’ eligibility for Blue Badges concessionary parking scheme. Central Bedfordshire covers part of the area of the administrative county of Bedfordshire from Biggleswade in the North East to Dunstable in the South West.
