Supply and Installation of a Trustwide Messaging System

Primarily this tender is for the outright purchase of a messaging system, its installation, implementation and subsequent support and maintenance. The contract will provide transitional services to allow the Trust to migrate from existing systems to integrated devices supplied by the Supplier.
