We are looking to procure a multi-year contract that will allow in year one a complete portfolio review of Magna's properties. This will involve; validation and accuracy of databases relating to properties, displaying them as a dataset and in a mapping tool. In years two and three the contract must achieve the further development of the datasets and mapping tool to display, alongside the overview; future opportunities, trends and threats.
