To install a remote monitoring system for all of the lifts within the Network Homes portfolio, in order for the engineers and the help desk to see in real time any breakdowns, which lifts are out of service and when they are returned back to service. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
