Facilities Management Providers for Corporate Property Assets

The Contract will comprise undertaking facilities management services including mechanical and electrical engineering services, repairs and maintenance of building fabric, maintenance of fire detection, security systems and access controls. The contract is divided into lots. The proposed contract duration is up to 10 years. This PIN seeks to establish the market interest and capability to undertake the required services with Applicants required to complete a short survey as further detailed in this notice.
