Provision of software to maintain the Council's Historic Environment Records (HER) database

East Sussex County Council (ESCC) require a replacement software product to maintain the Historic Environment Record (HER) database. The successful partner will provide the software, implement it, host it and provide support when needed. This contract has been awarded to the successful supplier by way of a Direct Award.
