For the Provision of Building Surveys and Decarbonisation Plans

As part of a process to understand existing buildings emissions and deliver carbon reductions, as part of the Decarbonisation Programme, the Council wishes to undertake a programme of Building Surveys, Decarbonisation Plans and LED Outline Designs for a selection of buildings under its control.
