Personal Health Budget Support Services Framework on behalf of NHS Merton CCG & NHS Wandsworth CCG

NHS Merton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is working with NHS Wandsworth CCG to establish a new framework of providers who are able to offer support to Service Users eligible to be awarded an NHS Personal Health Budget (PHB).
