Shifford Lock House - Underpinning and Internal Repairs

Structural underpinning is required to level out the single storey extension at Shifford Lock House, OX18 2EJ. Two solutions have been provided for the foundation remedial works; contractors can provide costs for either or both option. Refurbishment work is required to make good the internal defects that have occurred as a result of subsidence.
