Ground Saturation and Leak detection Survey

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of a satellite leak detection survey and to map the soil moisture content of the top soil layer (5-10cm) using high resolution data for a 70km by 30km area of the East Midlands. It is a requirement of the task that the resulting map would be verified using field soil sampling from gravimetric soil moisture content measurements.
