WHC - Disabled Adaptation works

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, on behalf of Welwyn Hatfield Community Housing Trust is seeking two Contractors to undertake Disabled Adaptation Works. LOT 1: INTERNAL AND MAJOR ADAPTATIONS LOT 2: EXTERNAL AND MINOR ADAPTATIONS The scope of the Works under these Contract comprises the following Workstreams: • Minor adaptation works; • Major Works: Disabled Adaptation Works; • Internal communal adaptations; • Co-ordination with Responsive Repairs Contractor; • Co-ordination with Gas Servicing Contractor;...
