Contract for Provision of Extra Care Services at Primrose Gardens

The Authority is looking to appoint a Service Provider(s) to deliver Extra Care Services at a new Scheme, Primrose Gardens, Chorley. The new Scheme will be 48 one bedroom and 17 two bedroom high quality apartments available to rent, suitable for couples or individuals, which are laid out across three floors.
