The works involve: stripping out of internal finishes, toilets and kitchenette; repairs to floors, walls and ceilings; repair of damp affected plaster; repairs and replacement of internal doors; repairs to windows; repairs to rainwater goods and isolated roof areas; internal and external redecoration.
