Lead Legal Advice in relation to the UK Government's unitholding in Kings Cross LP
The purpose of this requirement is for the Department for Transport (âDfTâ) to procure a legal adviser, jointly with London & Continental Railways (âLCRâ), to act as the lead legal advisor on the sale of the Governmentâs shareholding in the KCCLP (defined below) and provide support and input on legal due diligence in this transaction.
