Merseytravel have identified the need to update the traffic management and lane control system at the Mersey tunnels. The scope of the project is as follows; The replacement of the existing Lane Control Signs (LCS) and Vehicle Management Signs (VMS) and the respective systems, in the Queensway tunnel and the Kingsway tunnels.
