SH04167 - RECYCLING ROLLOUT PHASE 2

This project will provide communal recycling facilities to blocks of Council flats and maisonettes throughout the city. Facilities will comprise an external hardstanding to each site and may include security posts or wall brackets, to which recycling bins will be fixed, preventing movement of the bins and vandalism.
