Communal Painting and Roofline Works

The project is to redecorate all the previously painted surfaces to the external parts of the building and any communal areas to flats in occupied properties for one year contract period. This project also includes the cleaning / washing down to all the existing upvc windows, fascias, bargeboards and shiplap boarding and also carrying out minor decorative pre painting repairs.
