The Authority is looking to appoint a Service Provider(s) to deliver Extra Care Services at two settings in Lancashire: • Lot 1 Oakbrook Gardens is an Extra Care scheme located in Preston, Lancashire with 24 hour care services. The scheme has 60 apartments. • Lot 2 Lighthouse View is an Extra Care scheme located in Fleetwood, Lancashire. This scheme has 72 apartments.
