Historic England is seeking horizon-scanning advice on the main drivers of change affecting the historic environment sector in England on both 10-year and 25-year timescales. This will help not only Historic England itself but also sector partners to anticipate and prepare for change so that heritage sector will be both more resilient and better able to plan strategically.
