Smart Card Production and Management Contract

Gloucestershire County Council is responsible for the local delivery of the English National Concessionary Transport Scheme, which includes a statutory duty to issue and manage ITSO smartcards/ smart media and the technical infrastructure to support operator ticketing systems.
