In accordance with Regulation 34(28)(a) Public Contracts Regulations 2015, West Northamptonshire Council has made a decision to extend the period of validity of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Provision of Older Persons' Residential and Nursing Home Services until 30th April 2023. This extension applies to West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) only. All Providers currently registered on the DPS will remain on the DPS and do not need to take any further action.
