This Contract is for the Printing of the Durham County News (DCN) and other Publications Durham County Council ("the Council") is seeking to appoint a sole Contractor to print the Council's Durham County News (DCN) Magazine ("the Magazine") four times a year (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter).
