Continuing Your Life Skills Programme - 2019-20

To provide instruction in relation to a Life Skills framework to SEND client and carers. Work will consist of 9 individual instruction and monitoring sessions to explain and demonstrate the learning objectives/outcomes and to check progress on previously set learning objectives.
