Approved Provider List for Community Pharmacy Public Health Services

The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") Public Health commissioners are establishing an approved provider list for the delivery of Emergency Hormonal Contraception; Chlamydia Treatment; Supply of Champix; Supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy; Supervised Consumption and Needle Exchange Services on the Isle of Wight.
