Southsea Street Markets Concession 2019

Portsmouth City Council, is inviting tenders from market operators for the provision of new markets in Palmerston Road precinct, Southsea Portsmouth. The markets will be operational from ideally March but no later than April each year. Markets can also commence prior to March if operators wish.
